// 01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions is essential for a clear understanding of your rights and obligations as a 5557bdt account holder.

// 02 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 5557bdt platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. You accept these Terms by performing any one or more of the following actions:

// 04 Account Registration

4.4 — Account Currency

// 05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5557bdt supports the following BDT payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following financial terms apply to all transactions on the platform:

5.1 — Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same legal name as your 5557bdt account. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account held in a different name — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. 5557bdt applies no platform-side deposit fee; however, your mobile financial service provider may charge a standard transaction fee per their published tariff.

5.2 — Withdrawal Conditions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• All bonuses on 5557bdt are restricted to players aged 18 and above. Bonus eligibility will not be granted to accounts with incomplete KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the Bonus Centre after login.

// 07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

// 08 Account Suspension & Closure

5557bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances, without being required to provide advance notice:

• The player is found to be under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during account use
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• The account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal purpose
• The player has opened multiple 5557bdt accounts in breach of the one-account-per-person rule
• The account shows evidence of automated play, bot use, or collusion with other players
• The player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 5557bdt support staff

8.1 — Voluntary Closure

8.2 — Effect of Closure

// 09 Limitation of Liability

9.1 — Platform Availability

9.2 — Game Malfunctions

// 10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and your relationship with 5557bdt are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 5557bdt arising from your use of the platform, the following dispute resolution process applies:

10.1 — Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you must first contact the 5557bdt support team at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint, the relevant account details, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting evidence. 5557bdt will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days of receipt.

10.2 — Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 10 business days, either party may request escalation to 5557bdt's dedicated compliance and disputes team. The compliance team will conduct an independent internal review and issue a written determination within 14 calendar days. The determination of the compliance team is final in respect of all factual matters relating to platform operation, game outcomes, and transaction records.

10.3 — Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 5557bdt Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms published at the time of a promotion, constitute the entire agreement between you and 5557bdt with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements (whether oral or written) between the parties on the same subject matter.
